The work environment is full of energy with young and old people doing their best to serve clients whether internal or external. Co-workers are collaborative, driven, willing to contribute positively to achieve business goals. There is a high sense of living the values, holding each other accountable and striving for excellence in all that we do. Over the years I have learned to the values of building relationships. I enjoy collaborating with colleagues every day, the EE forums and other affiliate bodies I manage or which I am part of. I am motivated by change and value transformation has on individuals and how it multiplies back to business. The most challenging aspect of the job is constant business change which requires constant change of plans and goals.

Strong interpersonal Skill

I am self-motivated, flexible and highly energetic. I can adapt and accept new challenges with passion and confidence. I am result orientated, achievement orientated, Customer Service orientated and work well as team and as individual. I am a hard worker with integrity and initiative. I am good in decision-making, problem solving, in taking full responsibility and working under pressure. I also exercise excellent planning, time management, organizing and control of management principles with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent verbal written communication, strong computer skills, ability to pay attention to detail

Working as a telesales at MMI holdings was very challenging but yet fun to work in a call centre environment. Being able to work together as a team was the best learning curve ever where I learnt that being able to coordinate within a team helps to reach a common goal. I learnt to be focused and submit desired end results to the company. I also learnt consistency which helps to reach or exceed your target every month and it also helps in minimising long working hours. The environment was so healthy and professional to work in, also the management was so good to work with.

Pros: Enough chances of growing from a sales agent to team leader.
