I have been working for two weeks at the company
at MK marketing company, we work on commission the more you sign up people the more you get an opportunity to be promoted in terms of salary, each and every application gives you a R50 the more people you sign up the more money you make if you don't sign up anybody you get R00 for that day . the working hours is to long and an employee wont get time to socialize with family and friends the relationship with the co-workers is very good i have learnt to work with excitement and so be happy all the time so that the negative customers can not spoil your day,also learned to work with a great attitude lastly to safeguard my attitude in the field of work i enjoyed the interaction of meeting strangers and developing good relation with the customers the most challenging aspect of the job is transportation from home to the office and from the office to the field

It's has excellent training and support systems for its employees
All I can say is that it is a fun environment, and everyone is willing to help each other to elevate to next levels. I have learned more about direct marketing and sales. Persuasive Communication and how to handle objections with customers. The most challenging part of the work is to try and maintain your positive attitude all the time.
Pros: Teaching and training is very intense and developing

Excellent teaching company
This Company teaches how to run a business. They teach 8 steps( Behaviour) you should apply towards a customer, that more often they might be negative

Sale representative
Opening new accounts for Edgar customers and creating new accounts for customers. Training new recruits with regards to approaching new clients and persuading them to open store accounts

Excellent learning curve
A fresher like me am one person who pays attention to details and plan ahead to work in accordance. I am a team player i communicate efficiently and work effectively alone and better more with a team. I relate well with people in a professional manner work related and personally. I am self motivated and enthusiastic the combination of my strengths make it easier for me to complete my job on a high note.

Hey dad I hope you are doing well... Today I got in contact with the agents office where I pay for the flat angood working environment d they said the payment should be made within 10 days... And Mina my money I used it to pay the other half of the money and mom said yena she won't be able to give me money since she will give me money for groceries hance nsfas didn't make the payments

Perfect place to meet new people everyday an different characters
Mk marketing is a fine place to work at an good to gain experience an co-workers are good an always positive results an we work as a team always pushing each other to do better management is very fair always leading by example

Excellent communication skills
I am a good hardworking creature filled with lots of ambitions and keen in exploring new things. I have good management skills, starting with managing myself. I am always punctual, I can balance my work. I produce accurate results under a lot of pressure regardless of the work load.
