I just want to grow and learn new things

My daily work is to do Reconciliation of the accounts, collection of over due payments, communicate with customers over the Telephone just to understand their problems and how they wanted them to be sorted out. I am a peoples person capable to create a joke under a difficult and stressful environment. I have learnt a lot in the past years like to prioritise your customers don't give empty promises and make sure that you make your customers to trust you at all cost. I enjoyed a lot when I look at the Targets at the end of the month and see that 80 % of what was the issues last month has been sorted, to me there is nothing that encourages me a lot like to see direction on your daily work, indications that your are doing something regardless of how big or small is your book value. The most challenging aspects is to lead a Team that does not respect time I cannot take it, I believe that for any organisation to be successful we need unity, we need Team work.

Pros: Even though I'm not power hungry but I like to improve my knowledge within the company.
Cons: As much as I don't mind working long hours but I like to see results at the end of the day

Great learning curve, but not enough benefits eg medical aid

The company that I am currently employed at is a great company to learn from, they have growth however in terms of salary its nothing to write home about especially if you have a family to take care of. The main thing that motivates us is Money.

Learning curve

Pressure filled day dealing with irate clients in a motivated inspired team Love learning and growing assisting a client and having them appreciate your work Dealing with angry customers most challenging

Excellent learning experience

Working at Mixtelematatics is a wonderful experience as well as very good plat form to learn and intervene as well as learn about the type of systems as well as on how to deal with different types of customers, that includes internal as well as external client.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning there systems
Cons: No opportunity to grow within the company
