Excellent

I started at Miway as an Intern. I got salary adjustment in 6months based on my performance.I enjoy working at Miway and enjoy what am doing.Wish to grow more within the organisation and get better salary. It is very nice to work with group of people,the vibe inthe office and also have good Managers. I have also learned a lot from the company and the good thing is a customer service.I know how to treat customer fairly.

Excellent learning curve

I work 8- 6 everyday on saturday its 9-1 The aim of wanting to work on a call centre was the love i have for people .. i like working with people because you get to improve your skills everyday so my co workers always gives me that because we motivate each other everyday. what i have learned is that you must keep pushing everyday because most of the time you get difficult client who doesnt even want to listern to you but have to make it a point that you get the client to be on the line and lister to whatever you want to say. what i enjoyed the most was convinsing the client because i knw if the client says yes then atleast am reaching my target for the day. difficult clients are the most challenging aspects of our job because sometimes they swear at you. some of them even become personal

Being able to adapt to any situation that is presented to you

something that my company has taught me is that change is always constant, its inevitable you should be able to find a way to make it work to fit your situation. this is quite challenging as it may be difficult to plan ahead as you do not know what is coming next. the co-workers are vibrant and when we have sport days they more than happy to participate what I enjoy the most? is being able to write my own cheque at the end of the month as we work with commission as well.

Being a better person to becoming a great company

At 7:30 work started and I always interview all parties telephonically, make appointments to visit the accident/theft/crime scenes, and/or third parties, hospitals/ambulance services.Driving on appointments during the day.Administration is done after hours.On our whatsupp group we update all on where you are, when you will be leaving,when you are in an accident and that everyone is safe within our group. This makes it easier to work as a team.There is always something I can learn because not one claim will be the same.I'v enjoyed uncovering syndicates between two parties,seeing satisfaction of family that lost someone in the incident.The most challenging aspects of the job is to restructure a crime scene and putting yourself in the position of the person who is involved. Its difficult because you don't want to see yourself in someone else's shoes when there was a huge loss. But it's important to learn this skill as it will come over your path someday and everyone is at risk if it comes to claims........

Pros: Being there for my children's sporting events as I can restructure my investigations/meetings with clients to suite both my clients' and my needs.
Cons: Sometimes having to work during weekends but I must include, if I only need to go and visit an accident scene to take photographs, my family enjoys the trip with me while having coffee at some restaurant.

Good communication skills

Developing and maintaining existing clients,deliver excellent service that exceeds clients expectations through proactive,innovative and appropriate solution. The relationship was amazing you feel blessed when I woke up everyday to come to work. Satisfaction and self -development help me to achieve personal abilities. The love,caring and recognising people they were everything opinions or suggestions they took it very seriously. Working under pressure,not having lunch to resolve the queries within agreed timelines, time management.

I am a young dynamic, passionate lady who is eager to learn new things thus my fast learning attributes helps me in becoming an asset to your company within a short space of time. I also possess good communication and interpersonal skills. I am a hardworking, extremely focused, goal orientated and self-motivated individual who love to interact with and motivate others. I am a team player, trustworthy, accountable, fast learner. Keep deadlines and time management. I can function most effectively and efficiently in a group environment. I prefer to meet challenges head on and embrace them as opportunities to test my character and skills rather than scorn them as additional work. My career goal is to find an environment for growth and that suits my character because I feel that I have the potential to become a valued asset to my employer in such an environment and at the same time, find personal satisfaction and fulfillment from my job.
