I have gained valuable business networking skills

MiWay' s culture and values have made it easy for me to be an active participant in the company's social and business activities. The company encourages innovation and strategic thinking.The position I hold in the company enables me to network with high profile business owners. There is no typical working ours as we have to constantly work around client availability.

Pros: Great career growth opportunities. I have been promoted twice in the last 3 years
Cons: No typical working hours. There are times where I work from 7am to 9pm

Excellent Learning Curve

- A typical work day - from 08:00 am to 17:00 pm - Your relationship with co-workers - It is based on professional level only civil. - What you have learnt - That one needs to focus on their core function of their job description. - What you enjoy most - Interacting with people, brainstorming new ideas and more importantly close my deals. - The most challenging aspects of the job - To convince a client that has a negative feelings towards the brand.
