Problem solving and following company ethics

I have Human Resource experience as am currently working at that field of appointing candidates that have the necessary skills to perform their duties.i also make sure that the company provide them with Training to require skills development. Am also anylising problems of the employees or community and solve them,and reporting the company progress to the client regarding labour issues, recruitment and others.

Pros: Great opportunity for getting experience
Cons: entitle to work hard and learn what I do not know.

I SPEND HALF OF MY LIFE AT THE HR DEPARTMENT AND IT WAS ROUGH AND TOUGH BUT I MANAGED RISED UP,

I ENJOYED MY LIFE AT THE HR DEPARTMENT AND I HAVE LEARNT A LOT,AT MY CURRENT COMPANY I MANGED TO TURNED LOTS THINGS AROUND WEN I STARTED THERE WERE NO EMPLOYMENT EQUITY,SKILLS DEVELOPMENT,BULK OF CASES AT THE DIFFERENT COURTS AND I MANAGED TO TURN AROUND EVERYTHING.

Pros: I FELD I WAS READY FOR ANY PROMOTION
Cons: IF NEEDED I HAD NO PROBLEM IN FINISHING MY JOB EVEN AFTER HOURS

I HAD A GREAT TIME AT MY CURRENT EMPLOYMENT EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE SOME TROUBLE HERE AND THERE.

I have acquired more experience in this department ,and I have instilled a lot self believe to the employees and the management. I have introduced lot changes in the company unions are able to communicate with management
