Challanging

One of t challanging compa oes to work for. he most What working for this company has taught me is to fight for myself, learn very quickly because you get thrown into the deep end, it builds carachter and teaches you to be very patient.. I am kept on my toes with the volume of work and the deadlines and targets. Failure is not an option.

Pros: Pushes you to your limits
Cons: No appreciation for hard work

Learning curve

I got promoted to tour group bookings. I love my co worker as I am a good team player. I do pick and block rooms the group, do the rooming list and invoice the group. Previously i was doing leisure , OTA's and restaurant bookings. See my guests happy brings out the best in me. Challenges I faced when my 3 colleagues were off sick and i had to take over because Im dedicated employee i pulled through.

Pros: Stability and better opportunity
Cons: long workinghours
