Its a good organization to work for.its a developed organization

Ive lent to work under pressure and with different people's .i tought me so much.i gained a lot of experience there.i like mechanic's. I enjoy this.i worked with different vehicles and machines. I did basic electrical for vehicles.

Pros: It tought me so much.im ready to move on and work to a more developed company now
Cons: We work monday to friday at 8 to 4 PM

Poor

Poor working environment. No tools. No growth. No commitment from the seniors to the juniors. If there is no van no one wants to go to work but it's ten minutes walk.

Excellent learning curve

As a hard working and a fast learning person, I do believe that the responsibilities that will be given to me will be of a challenge of which I'd like to take. I'd like to bring to your attention that I am computer literate and has technical skills,am a very focused person, self-driven and can work under pressure.I enjoy working with my hands and I don’t mind getting dirty. I do believe I can bring a positive output to the company.

Average learning curve

Not to much work come our way at first, mostly vehicles were send out to dealers or specialists. Working at a Municipality can be both joyful and painful. What I've learned there was definitely not to allow co-workers to make your day a bad day, to respect and take pride in my work. I surely enjoyed making the workshop my home to take care of things and being in charge when my superintendent had to leave. The most challenging for me is that I have to solve problems on my own even though I'm was new to the trade and an inexperienced apprentice.

Cons: Have to wait for clearances, votes, signifiers for a job to be done

I learn something new each day and they are easy people to work with

There is more team work and when I ask from my supervisors I get clear explanation. We get challenges when there's no power to our customers because of heavy rains or faults then we have to work fast and be on time but besides that I enjoy working with them it been an amazing experience

Good career prospects

Am a professional Engineering Technologist who is ready to implement any project to the best of my ability. I have implemented my projects in a diligent manner. Most of my projects were completed generally on time, within budget and quality standards. Give me a chance and will certainly prove this and display my skills in project and contract management I have over the years developed very good work relations with my colleagues thus developing a well nit group that covers for each other. I enjoy progress meetings and site visits. These visits reveal problems and difficulties for the project team to resolve
