Exposed me to so many IT systems and learning curve

I am a social person who clicks well with fellow employees. I value my relationship with my colleagues more especially when working in a group, it is important to have that trust and support from your team and create a united front. I have learned that in order to grow within a business you need trust, communication and sacrifice. I enjoy when we have competitions about who helped how many clients and who finishes their allocated targets or dead lines. The most challenging aspect is when we have a high volume of clients with shot staff but as a team we always pull through and keep our clients happy.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning new exciting things
Cons: Working on all public holidays and most weekends
