Great Company for Beginners

Great place to learn quick, effective and hands on. Deal with people that knows more. Steep Learning Curve Pressure to learn and advance. Overall the company is great for anyone interested in networking, wireless and VoIP basically IT communications to start at. You get thrown into the deep end and you have to learn how to swin mostly by yourself. Dealing with real life situations on a daily basis and deal with people knowing much more than yourself thus pushing yourself to get to learn more quick. Company provides 50% towards medical and provident fund. Send you for International certified courses/

Pros: Great for beginners to learn everything from start to intermediate.
Cons: No promotion and advancing.

Challenging yet a good opportunity for learning

Every day working 8 to 5, following up on quotes done and quotes that are about to close, as the quotes are only valid for 7 days. Call new clients to find out about their business and why they registered, and also see clients and work out solutions for their equipment Only 2x 15 mins breakes and one 30min break during the day

Pros: Great way of learning how to work with clients and solve network problems
Cons: Long working hours, intense pressure, limited time for work, generating sales is hard when you have to focus on more feedback than new sales

Exceptional leaning curve

I was a driver,sales,store manager, dispatch manager, also worked as accounts for About 2 months and I'm currently a RMA Logistics clerk.working all those positions gave great experience

Pros: Great experience I'm different positions
Cons: Work done is never recognised

Excellent experience gained

*Day to day running of the warehouse *Good relationship with fellow staff *Keeping good relationship with all staff members in the organization *enjoyed most the way every one makes other ones life easier, working as a unit when you got promoted for a new position

Pros: when I got moved from receiving to become warehouse supervisor
Cons: long working hour only when we have stock take or stock take preparation sometimes
