Strong analytical skills to successfully perform financial reviews and other forms of quantitative analyses, Effective written and oral communications skills that are essential to building relationships with stakeholder, host country counterparts, and partner organizations. A highly motivated and organized individual, comfortable with working under minimum supervision and part of a team, Strong knowledge of donor auditing requirements and demonstrated ability to exercise financial oversight of donor funded programs Proficiency in financial accounting packages (Pastel and Excel).

INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

I install, maintain,repair,report on the status and hold meetings on the issues surrounding equipment for the hospital.On a daily basis I start with checking the status of the environment concerning the electrical and equipment status. After which I report the status to the management of the hospital in a meeting and give advice on how to go about dealing with the different situations at hand or at that particular time. On Wednesday every week is management meeting which I am always part of and in this meeting I give a review of the midweek and the way forward. I am the focal person in the area of electrical and medical equipment and so its always challenge for me and being a person who is handling the entire district so I handle a lot of work in this regard. Similarly, what I do at the hospital is what I do at the district also. At the district level we have 28 health posts which all receive my services and report on the equipment and electrical status.

Pros: At the moment no because in the district establishment there is no room even if now i have a diploma in electrical engineering i can not be promoted.
Cons: 8hrs daily and on call so average 12hrs

Excellent computer skills

Data capturing of health facilities and their operations.Registering participants in case of an event in the ministry.Recording number of patients who are HIV positive and other communicable diseases

Room for learning

Ample time is given for personal development Supervisors are open and i enjoyed working with them typical work day - my elationship with other orkers was good enjoyed it even after work - i have learnt a lot from this company to be more creative. My next company i received an award of Best Newcomer of the year - injoyed food hygiene inspections with my seniors - The most challenging aspects of the job was supervising a big team in pest and parasite control in a certain given area within specified time
