It is an opportunity for me to gain experience

Its a good working conditions and have professional supervisors.However there is pressure as we currently under staffed.Have to spend half the day receipting school fees and then prepare banking.My supervisors are the ones who do the banking as l have to balance the cash book,make payments,issue stock and other duties.l have learnt to work under pressure and to deal with disgruntled customers as l deal with the community.

Pros: have learnt a lot and increased my experience
Cons: too much pressure and forced to work on weekends

It is an opportunity for me to gain experience

Start the day with receipting of fees and at mid day its cut off receipting,thus when l prepare banking and my supervisors are the ones who go to do the banking.l then do my cashbook and make payments.Issue out stock and update all my registers such as asset registers.

Pros: it provides me with all the experience l need
Cons: lot of pressure and sometimes have to work on weekends

Analaytical problem solving skill

Pension claims have built fundamental like dealing with unpleasant Clint’s, and problem solving because for each and every challenge there has to be a solution in order to maintain clients satisfaction

Excellent communication skills & programming skills

Excellent trained specialist

I am a hard working lady who is self driven. Highly motivated on better working conditions. More to that, l have a strong team work companion and able to work under minimum supervision. I am also very good in initiating ideas in an organisation.

Pros: I have a strong hod of being promoted
Cons: Long strained by working for more than 20hours per day
