My career path has lead me to a place where i influence the lives of people on a daily basis. There is nothing more invigorating than knowing that you are making a significant and everlasting difference to someones life, it is so satisfying. My daily activities includes everything from stakeholder relations, budgeting, forecast budgeting, processing of payments, reporting, providing evidence for all targets achieved and moneys spent, addressing Audit queries etc. The type of work that i do most definitely requires that i am interdependent on my colleagues and this encourages team work. i have a very bubbly personality and i like seeing people happy. I have a great sense of humor and i think that emanates from the fact that i am grateful for everything. I have learnt to advance my excel skills, how to work better with a team, to be a better Supervisor, working under immense pressure, problem solving and reporting better (with proof). Financial year end can be very challenging.

I like people who are doing well at work and i don't like laziness people in workplace i work hard and i achieve goals and vision i am strong person and i know what is good for me and my colleagues i love working with peace in the workplace

Innovator
Being appointed to serve in the Mpumalanga HRD Council to advise the council and other departments on HRD and Skills Development matters in the province; Establishing and being a chairman of the Inter-SETA forum in Mpumalanga from scratch to support the provincial and national HRD Strategy; Tracking and enrolling the mining houses in the region that are not affiliated to the MQA and thereby not contributing levies to the MQA’s revenue and funds for grant payments (Increased the number from 251 companies to over 320); and Being recalled to the MQA Head Office in 2013 to manage strategic projects to the value of more than R200 million, which he successfully carried out, (A vote of confidence by the MQA leadership).

I would like to see a good relationship with co-workers and keep on accelating the service that is required in the organization. Tranfering of skills and knowledge should be effective and efficient.

A busy day in the office
As soon as I walk into the workplace I put my best foot forward.Because I have I goal I'm walking towards. I leave my home life and problems behind in order for me to unwind. Success is what I strive for and I thank God for opening this door. Let's do this.

I have national diploma in logistic and I also have experience in Supply chain management working as a procurement administrator and I am also part of BAC, BEC and BSC. I believe that I am ready to accept more responsibility and challenges. I am a diligent, self-motivated person and take pride of my work. I believe that I can make positive contribution to your company as I have learned more about purchasing, bidding and negotiation, warehousing, stock control and stock management through my studies, and believe that knowledge and experience that I have it can make changes to your company
