Strategy; Negotiation; Organising

No day is like the other. The environment is fast paced. We deal with various stakeholders and all need to be given the attention they deserve. I get along with my co-workers - they also appreciate the work that comes from the unit. In my organisation I have learned to work with diverse people from the Minister right to the miner working underground. The challenging part of the job is working with stakeholders that do not get along and one has to find a way of getting them under one roof.

Pros: Great place for learning
Cons: Ad hoc high level events
