Management skills improved

I managed to improve my management skills through socialising with my staff members,customers and my employers. I improved my accuracy in computer skills. My ability to work under pressure improved. I also learnt how to motivate the staff members that I was working with,which created a positive working environment.I built a good relationship with my customers and my bosses. Overall it has been a great experience and my knowledge of the hospitality industry was broadened since then. When it comes to stock taking I was the right person for it because I was there to make sure everything is done the right way. Each and every morning I will make sure that I bank the money for the previous days sales. I enjoyed working with people who came from different cultures that made me to be more a social person.

Pros: i started to work as a cashier and i was promoted to be a junior manager, to a senior manager
Cons: to find difficult customers.

I am a fast learner and i work hard when its comes to business

I started work as a part time cause i was studying and i kept on working till they closed down. I do not give up easily when its comes to work and i always tell myself to not give up until i find what i am looking for. I always make sure that i learn fast and be positive to what i am looking for and at the end of the day i gained for that and it is really helping me a lot. Sometimes in life you do not need others to tell you what you want but you are the one who suppose to use your mind create what needs to be done so that you will achieve your goal

Learnt a lot, expanded my management skills

Opened and closed 2 mimmos franchise s do daily dutys, do cash ups complete all admin ensure clean kitchen and restaurant at both branches . Do all stock ordering dry goods, beverages etc

Pros: Work well under pressure
Cons: Long hours
