We have stringent planning for meetings and keep thereby. We get together (the department) in the morning to discuss what is urgent for the day and allocate each job to the specific person. We start off by attending meetings or doing the specific urgent matters at hand first thereafter we have some training sessions for staff in this specific department. Attend to the more general matters at hand. Follow up on outstanding work. Feedback to directors or anybody we need to give feedback to. Attend to all matters at hand. Relationship with co-workers are great hence everybody knows what to do. I have learnt a lot from my superiors and problems I had to solve. I enjoy the field very much since I know I am well educated in this field. Challenging aspects of this job is if you have to finish your deadlines and am well in time for it. This field is like second nature to me and I enjoy it thoroughly!

Excellent working environment

Our typical workday will be to be planning our day first of all and delegating the workload. My relationship with co-workers was great and I have been there so long that I really had good relations with everybody. have learnt a lot in this company, especially about managerial skills and running an effective department. What I enjoy most is the challenges that comes with this environment and to be the best at what I do. The most challenging aspect of this job is to plan properly, do your work right the first time and be aware that you are working against time and then to be friendly and an inspiration to your colleagues and clients.

Excellent line of work

A typical work day would never be the same, most work is always urgent. My relationship with co workers is professional and friendly, age is never a factor for me. I have learnt a lot over the years and I love to learn every day. What I enjoy most of the industry is if there is a problem to be resolved that people think there is no answer to the problem, when there usually is. I love the pace of the work. A position as Company Secretary always brings challenges and I love to tackle these challenges and resolved them. It is a highly stressed environment, but I do enjoy it a lot!

Pros: I love this industry, it is like second nature to me!
Cons: If people do not produce their documents in time for board packs
