Great Opportunity

MIE is very time driven, dead line orientated. Great to meet your deadlines and being proud of the work i did. Every day I face new challenges and opportunities, there is no time to get lazy or distracted... (I like that very much) I have a good relationship with my co-workers and are always willing to help out where possible, at MIE we are one big happy family. MIE has given me a lot of knowledge and i am learning so much since i started working here our CEO is very business driven and a very good mentor, and I learn so much from her on a daily basis. I enjoy working at MIE, the company offers good benefits, social events and look after their people, our work environment is one of the best to work in. Challenges I face, are mostly struggling to get information out of supplies, but i have learned to deal with any challenge crossing my path and making the best out of it.

Work Overview

A typical work day at MIE is a rush where my job is to communicate with clients telephonically and as walk in clients. I deal client enquiries and that can get hectic. My relationship wit my co-workers is a working relationship but also a well and friendly atmosphere. We enjoy working together which is very important in a working environment. I have learned and lot of communication skills and how to deal with clients and to avoid and sort of conflict with clients. The aim is to always give the clients the best service and leave the satisfied. The most challenging part about my job is that some clients don't always know how to communicate well and that could lead to a communication break down or misunderstanding.

Cons: Overlooking peoples skills and capabilities.
