Stepping stone to the right direction

the organization has strict policies, there were some typical working days where we had to provide service delivery while we had a shortage of fleet which simple meant we had to work till after hours but since we had a good communication with fellow employees we were able to push until we fulfill the task

Pros: good place for personal improvement and lot of room for growth
Cons: process of doing things is slow

I am hardworking and passionate about my job and bring new ideas to the company ring nei am good at my work and very good working as a team w ideas to the company
