Experience person in project management quality control and quantitysurveying skills (construction)

Good relationship with workers always like to motivate people who are willing to excell on their task, always like if i do not understand what i have been task to do because i always want to excell my job, hard working person who is very strict on quality and time management i like to to have both high relationship and high task on site (selling method of a good leadership) to develop workers by providing skills training in order to increase the production rate with good quality. Good in project management quantity surveying and quality control on construction site, taking quanties for completed work in order to prepare payments certificates inline whith the Bill of quantities pricing and estimatingfor proposed projects.

Pros: i do not mind to work under pressure
Cons: i do not mind to work overtime if the contrator is rinning behind program in order to meet the target

Well establish manager

I have good leadership skill including site inpections, operations monitoring, andmini station and compliance monitoring. All of the above groomed me to excellent interpersonal skills. To all departments of the organisation I was known as a determined and well organised person. Dealing with diffent people and illiteracy of word committees was challenging. I learnt to adapt any challenge in life. I had good relations with managers and peers. Good communication led me to be a problem solver within the organisation and also to my collegues. Money is not my priority than to ensure safey and environmental protection. To earn the suggested salary will be a promotion to ensure quality services to your company.

What i,ve learnt is that i have to respect everyone because we learn more ideas to each other

I am working, hard gardening service is the one i,m enjoying the most also machine operator working with bush cutter to cut grass i,m working with the honest colliques with different cultures and believes i will appreciate more if i will be the one being taken into consideration and i have learners licence now i want to have licence so that i can specialise on driving to deliver materials for my colliques

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long woking hours including holidays

Review

Have got no problems working at Midvaal, but it is time for me to move on since there are no promotional opertunities in the short to medium term. Therefore it is time to spread my wings and achieve greater possibilities. co-workers in stores are friendly, so no complaints there,

Pros: Reasonable income potencial
Cons: Little room for improvement at this time.
