Exellent lessoning skills.

I'VE LEARNED TO WORK AS TEAM. WORKING OVERTIME ALMOST EVERYDAY, WORKING UNDERPRESSURE. I LIKE COMMUNICATING WITH THE CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE GIVING THEM GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALWAYS PATIENT WHEN COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMER.I DONT TAKE MATTERS PERSONALLY INSTEAD I GIVE THEM MY ATTENTION AND TRANFER THEIR CALLS TO THE PERSON RELATED TO THEIR MATTERS.

Pros: WE GIVING A GOOD SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMER. ANY ORDER WE TAKE IT AS AN URGENT PARCEL BECAUSE WE KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO GIVE A GOOD SERVICE.
Cons: WE WORK OVERTIME ALMOST EVERYDAY BT IT DEPENT ON HOW BUSY WE ARE.

WE WORK OVERTIME ALMOST EVERY DAY DEPENDING ON HOW BUSY WE ARE. HAVE GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH COLLEQUE'S AS WE WORK AS TEAM. MY MANAGER IS MY MENTOR AND MY ROLE MODEL.

Pros: OPPORTUNITY IS THERE IF ONLY I AM WORKING HARD AND RESPECTING OTHER PEOPLE.
Cons: WE WORK OVERTIME ALMOST EVERYDAY.

As the only person responsible to make sure all social responsibilities are taken care of.All Npo's that Midcomp assist monthly get reviewed and assisted by myself making sure successful fund raisers,donations and sponsorship occur. I source venues,get competitive quotes,visit various schools in disadvantaged areas where educational printed at Midcomp gets donated .I also participate in big and small fund raiser events the 97km Telkom cycle race,spar cancer run etc. I have grown every year in the company and have worked in the technical division,administrative and now managing the social responsibilities,enthusiasm,consistency,respect for colleagues and people you interact with is highly importI enjoy meeting and working with people,i'm a great leader and team player. It is always had to get people to be generous with money when the country's financial status is not doing so great currently.

Pros: great opportunity to touch lives
Cons: long hours

Great experience

I start work at 08:30 am my Mondays are always busy because I check batches for debtors to post our weekly invoices,I get engineers service reports to capture in commit, Capture our POD's for our day to day deliveries.Once a month I do stationery, I take care of the switchboard. The challenge comes month end when everything must get posted but I enjoy everything about my job

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Low salary
