Learning Opportunity

In this job, I have gained so much knowledge and experience. the typical day at work would consist of collecting mechanical parts, pricing and boxing it so it can be ready in time for dispatch. The demand of work can become overwhelming but its controllable. My colleges are helpful and fun to work with. Interacting with the customers is very important as we get to give excellent customer service.

It was my first time picking so I take it as learning more.

I would say we worked long hours because of the stock counting but always have a good day at work. We used to work together with colleagues because we had to help each other on most things and also teach and explain other things to those that don't understand other things.

Pros: It was a great company and it had taught me a lot of things such as picking, packing, stock couting and knowledge of stock. I also learnt how to dispatch the stock while using a scanner. As a fast learner I learnt quick and was the fastest picker in the warehouse seven month consecutive.

I FEEL STAGNET NOT MOVING ANY WHERE

AT FIRST IT WAS A PLEASURE TO COME TO WORK AND GO THE EXTRA MILE IN WHAT EVER I DO. BUT NOW ITS JUST LIKE COMING TO WORK BECAUSE I NEED TO SEE TO MY FAMILY. THERE IS NO GROWTH AND ALSO NO SALARY RAISES WHEN YOU GET EXTRA WORK. I FEEL STUCK AND NOT REALLY ENJOYING IT ANY MORE. I NEED A CHALLENGE TO STIMULATE MY MIND DAILY.

Cons: WORK PLACE IS TO FAR FROM HOME AND THAT ALSO BECOMES AN ISSUE
