Learning everyday

I have been with the company for 1 year and 6 months. A typical day at work includes taking calls, sending and replying back to emails from clients, logging cases that are being logged by clients, assisting clients with issues or queries that they have with the system that we support them with. My relationship with my co-workers is very great; we work as a team and have an understanding of each and every individual in the team. In this company i have learned how to deal with complaints from client and manner of how to make a client feel important; that they matter. The most challenge is dealing with issues that i have never came across in the system and the client wanting the issue to be fixed immediately ; but that has given me the urge to want to know more about the product/system. .

Excellent communicator and self-starter, disciplined and well organised.

I have developed the aptitude to quickly adapt to the work methods and routines of my employers. My past experiences working as a receptionist and handling office affairs, along various other professional settings has prepared me to tackle a wide range of obstacles and complications that may occur. My strong work ethic leads to me getting tasks done swiftly and efficiently , and my ability to time manage and multitask ensures that I am capable of immeasurable qualities which I have also attained while working in high-paced settings and I am certain will only prove to be beneficial characteristics to whatever work environment I am in. This role is within the Micros support department of Micros South Africa, providing support on the Micros products from database configuration, front end configuration, 3rd party assistance and operating system. Ensuring at all times that the company’s process and control measures are adhered to.

Good company. lots of interest from investers and othjer companies. i grew as a person and career at this company limited growth and the salary was not equal as i found out

Excellent learning curve

I am a motivated person, I am willing to learn and working my way up from the ground, I am a hard working and I have the ability to multitask and delegate, I am can work both in an isolated or team environment, I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers, I enjoy my work the only changing aspect of my job is when I have explain why Technicians could not make it time to sites, I have learned to be patient and understanding , and professionalism. I work includes troubleshooting client issues, administration, software installation of computer, case assignment, escalation, remote connections
