16 Years Hospitality and IT experiance

I have 16 years Micros systems experience with 6 years of management experience. Growing with the company, I have been exposed to all versions of the Micros product suite. I have installed Micros systems in hotels, casinos and restaurants throughout Southern African countries; Botswana, Mozambique, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Zambia & Rwanda. Part of my installations included training hotel staff, hotel management as well as training management staff of major hotel chains and fast food head office groups. I have also assisted Micros Fidelio UK with Micros installations in their regions between 2003 – 2004, assisting with installations in Ireland, Scotland, Channel Islands, London and surrounding UK areas.

Good quality staff and caring people

I enjoy the company and benefits as well as the people. Give me alot of travelling and view of different place's. Does take alot out of the day as you spend most of it traveling and alot of time paying attention to the road. Has very interesting places and people locally. I have learnt more about the places in kzn. There are very long working days as Im awake before the birds chirp. People are very friendly and easy going

Improved a lot in terms of troubleshooting skills

its a good company for anyone who wants to grow long working hours at times but very enjoyable Good people to work with Many exciting & challenging departments Staff is taken well care of

Pros: Good learning curve for growth
Cons: Sometimes you don't know which dept to ask for help as the program is broad & some are old & not supported anymore
