My Reflection of My Office Life

I work in a busy sales office. My scope of work is varied, from basic admin duties to P.A and I manage a property portfolio of x 10 properties. Life is good and offers many challenges working with varied personalities under stress and pressures of a sales environment. I always meet my deadlines as bookkeeper. I enjoy the pressure but most of all is the interaction with people, working with people. My 10 years experience of managing property portfolio, meeting people from all walks of life has given me an appreciation for life in general and the value I place on my own life. I believe I have tremendous work experience to add to any position I fill.

Pros: I always meet my deadlines as bookkeeper. I enjoy the pressure but most of all is the interaction with people, working with people.
Cons: I have being placed as front office reception as well for the more that a year now and this is exacting takes time away from the job i am doing. But i believe in delivering my best at all times.

Management

I have learned in my months at the company that communication between the main branch and its relatives is very bad. Rules do not apply for main branch which not only respects local territory, but encourage's sales people to steal deals

Pros: Best group of people working at the branches
Cons: Management communication is terrible.
