I am proactove person , who is committed

I am a guys who hold bsc degree and alson a Bsc honours in microbiology. I am currently working in an Sanas accredited lab, which is also going through Mcc accreditation.

Pros: Very punctual

Excellent learning curve

I have been working with Microchem for 2 years this year I started as an Intern in a position of a full time employee that had resigned i had to work hard to prove Myself I believe now it is time for Me to get new opportunities in the industry grow and learn new this on a new environment, I am a good team worker i can adapt easily and willing to learn new things. I sent invoices and statement and follow up on overdue clients, we have three types of account, 30 day from statement, COD and a Cash upfront. So i follow up on the 30 days after they due and on COD after 7 working days as the invoice should have been paid before the seven days is done.

Pros: We do not work on weekends
Cons: The company is small less opportunities

Excellent learning experience for students

Microchem is a great place to work for to gain experience especially for an in service student who's new to the industry and wants to complete their post graduate program

The work place is chellenging at times. But I have learned a lot

Work place is a challenging environment with daily struggles. But I have learned a lot. The company lacks an HR department which makes day to day functions more difficult than it should be.The working hours are very long and little to no time for family and friends. Although over time gets paid one does not feel particularly appreciated.

Quality control

Microchem lab services is a quality assurance ( control) laboratory that do a full nutritional analysis both chemically and Microbiologically, it's a nice working environment where analyst are required to perform different laboratory analysis.

Pros: No chances of promotion
