Great company to work for however the distance is unfriendly

Learning to deal with stress in fast pace environment

Family orientated business, looks after their employees very well. I enjoy doing payroll and working with the employees. Flexible working hours. Satisfying my employees whe they come yo you fir assistance. Open and honest relationships. Solving problems. Challenges are dealing with all different kinds of employees but that's what I love too. Working for global company has a few challenges like language barriers.

Cons: very stressful, doing 4 peoples job in one
