the day of day of myself all the works o f hr officer including training, industrial relation, recruitment. i have a good working relationship with my co-workers. i have learnt the experience of customer services of to deal with the clients.

Excellent learning curve

The company taught me so much about negotiating sales, making quality calls, being able to give good customer service. It was a good environment to work from and the manager was super helpful.

Decent Position - Limited learning

Great Team and business, but there are issues with accountability and responsibilities within the department and business. Company advise they are going cloud and one of the reasons I joined as I wanted to get in from the start, only for them to back track. Also was told I would manage a team and that never happened. So they did not live up to their word unfortunately

Cons: No structure and no leadership

Excellent

Capturing claims,approve and decline,work as team leader at claims dept,work as a team is important,good relationship with my co-workers,I have learn to have empathy and just to love what I am doing in order for me to excel. The most challenging thing is when you have to tell the client that his or her claim is declined.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours
