Obtaining great experience

Where I am working currently i obtained great experience and skills, I obtained, customer service experience, Fraud experience, Bureau verification experience, employment verification experience. I have a great relationship with my co-workers, we are assisting each other with language calls, we have a great co operation. I have learnt to work independently without being supervised and to manage my work every day. The most challenging aspect of my job is when i received the customers documents already but the HR at customers company is always unavailable to confirm employment now the customer will call in every day and another challenge is that I need to be very carefully when I capture customers salaries because once i capture the incorrect it comes back to me. I enjoy the fact that as MFIN employees we understand each other, we assist each other and the management treat the employees equally no body get the special treatment.
