Good platform for gaining more experience and knowledge

My experience in administration combined with my formal qualifications makes me the best candidate for the advertised position. Profiling the City of Cape Town educated me an important role the administration field. I consider myself to be a team player and believe this to be vital when one understands that to make an institution or department successful, all parties involved need to work towards a common goal and vision.

Company METSWALLE SOLUTIONS Position Junior Business Analyst Responsibilities:  Analyse business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.  Facilitate process workshops, after which they document any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.  Involving in documenting procedures and presenting new process designs to Business Analyst and Business Engineer for discussion.  Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance.  Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users  Applying knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, and BPEL) to documenting processes.

I've learned that emotional intelligent is very important when one is working with other people.

My typical day include Monitoring completed survey, Cleaning data , loading new surveys Loading completed surveys data and updating report data. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues we are all team players. I've learned that emotional intelligent is very important when one is working with other people. I enjoy designing questionnaires on qualitrics . The most challenging aspect of my job is that I cannot report on the findings until all departments submit their completed surveys.

Pros: Always learning new things by conducting surveys for different industries.
Cons: Depending on other department for data
