Well customers service
I had an excellent relationship with my colleagues and on my daily bases I assist customers with their queries and I have leant much at Polmed of knowing how to handle angry , difficult customers and solving queries for customers , processing of claims and how to deal with different kind of customers , understanding that a customers is always right , listening skill , giving them the platform and time to explain while they are upset , patience and what I most enjoyed at polmed was the exposure and the reflections that we used , competition we had of a agent that gets most calls will go home early , games we played in our break time and challenges I had was when I had to solve an query for an upset very angry member and on my side not receiving all assist that I need to get from staff .
Pros: yes there were great opportunity for promotions
Cons: 8 o clock in the morning to 4 o clock in the afternoon
