I work Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 5:00 pm. I start work early because I have to liaise client and driver about which backup should be delivered on that current day. If one employee in our department is sick or talking leave we divide his work load amongst us , this teached me to handle pressure, and use my time effectively so that I can meet the daily requirements . I enjoy my job because you are not being supervised, and you work at your own pace. The most challenging aspect of this job is growth nor matter the xtra effort you but in.

I learned to make the job as fast as I can to make my boss to see us as good for the position

I was working under Metrofile where we were capturing scripts and making them to be online traceable with the batch code and the box number for delivery, filling and sending information to the warehouse for picking them. Signing on behalf of delivery invoice material. relationship with my co-workers were good as we use to make parties if one of us is celebrating birth days. I learned to make peace and good teamwork as to make the job being enjoyable to everyone We were team as others for picking scripts to us as we were capturing. After making stats is where we were to see number as to make lorry booking for taking scripts to the Metrofile warehouse. We were working in groups as to make the job running. I enjoyed the work as it was making me not seeing the day sitting and it helped a lot in terms of finance. We were facing challenge if the internet goes offline

Cons: Monday to Saturday with 1 hour extra

Excellent

Call Centre Excel Data Capture Received phones Team player Hard worker Fast learner I have experience in Metro SQl Experience in excel Even if you get promotion they are not giving us money for the work that we are doing. I can do someones work if there is a shortages of staff.

More driving exerience

The main objective of my duty is to transport documents from one client to the other on time and to make sure that documents are correctly filled. All of this requires a great deal of team work and i we depend of co-workers in-terms of cooperation making sure that there is a smooth process flow. Communication, customer services and confidence is what i have learned in the current job. I enjoy interacting with different people as it grants me an opportunity to learn more about various industries and characters.The most challenging aspects of my job are things that are out of my control like the traffic on the road meanwhile trying to reach another client on time.

Experience

Its great learning curve, i have gain extensive experience and no growth My department is called srd (special retrieval department), we had to deal with customer in a specific way and deliver in sla We work as a team, our duty is to deliver in time and the correct information to the client I have learned that the client is important. Communication its a key and knowing your product is essential for better work flow I enjoy meeting my deadlines and making sure that i constantly maintained professional services to our clients Being in contact with a difficult client or unhappy client due to our service delivery is most challenging as the customer care agent, you need to ussure the client with confidant that you will assist professional your service.

I had learn so much at metrofile.

Working at metrofile for me its good honor because I have learn different time of things, like to being in front of the computer sorting documents frequently according to the located files in the locations. The workers at metrofile are very fantastic, they work as a team, we don't waste time during the lunch and tea times. Enjoy everything that must be done. One thing I like about them, if ever you have something that you don't understand, you can ask the most experienced people.

Cons: their hours is always normal. 08:00 until 16:30
