Wanting more freedom to touch base on more aspects

When I started at MFN in 2017 it was a very small company. Most employees were related, and very much set in their ways of doing things. A memory that stands out to me as a then new employee, was that phones were ringing all the time, and no one bothered answering. I was appointed to capture data. I asked about the calls, I was told..."don't answer" I tried not to, but found myself answering a call. I discovered that the calls were coming from clients, and at that time, as I understood, the company was to small to have a dedicated client care department.

Pros: Experiencing a growing community
Cons: Personal

Communication gap

I find that the company is expanding too fast, and communication is neglected in the process. New employees are not trained properly and as a result more experienced employees do the work of the new employees.

Pros: Medical aid and 13th cheque
Cons: Communication gap
