5 years experience at Metrix as a Receptionist.

I have learnt so much from Metrix company as it was my first proper and permanent job. Meeting different clients everyday is such an experience and I ended up learning how to handle each and every individual. The admin work taught me so much from organising my work area to electronic filing. And I also supervised our cook and the cleaner in making sure that everything is upto standard.

Pros: Friendly employees and very welcoming. I really enjoyed my position at Metrix but need to grow my career.
Cons: No growth in de company

Excellent exposure

Our software tackles health, safety, environmental and quality issues, with mining companies being our most clients. This tends to give me a great exposure to different clients hence my mining background. I also deal with different internal stakeholders like the project manager, implementation consultant, account manager, software developers and testers on a day to day basis. This helps develop team work and communication. I also like the travelling and dealing with projects worth a lot of money and it motivates to work even harder.

Pros: Different projects at a time
Cons: Small room for growth
