Excellent Work ethics and Management

I have had the opportunity to grow from basic Administration to being an Office Manager and supervising employees. I thoroughly enjoy being able to manage projects, scheduling of employees for various sites and jobs and most of all being able to liase with clients and attending meetings to ensure they have the best service from the company. I have built a relationship of trust where the employees are able to speak to me at any time with any complaints, compliments or suggestions by which I take it up to our Head HR at Head Office. I've enjoyed learning new ways of managing processes. One of the most challenging aspects of the job is to be fully flexible after hours so to be called by a tech at 02:00 in the morning with a faint concern. I am passionate about my job and that is why I always keep to the most professional manner but I would really like to expand my role and have more responsibilities and therefore I am looking for a new opportunity.

Cons: Inappropriate after hours (2am), no growing opportunities

Warehousing

The nature of my current role has prepared me for this position. It involves a great deal of exposure to the Logistics environment, requiring knowledge end to end involving stock control, warehousing, transportation, production and quality control, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. I am a fast and accurate writer, with excellent customer relationship skills as well as negotiation skills which will be beneficial to managing the leases. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I'm keen to work for a company with a great reputation I am able to take on the responsibility of this position and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.

Was a excellent experience for the industry it provides

Was a learning experience to see how the product was made and installed the company was head office in wynberg and we dealt country wide with all the banking sectors we had offices in 8 regions Was a friendly place to work

Pros: Pleasant working hours
Cons: No opportunity for promotion
