im currently working as a quality administrator. im processing applications, capturing dates, updating results. ive started working at merseta as a call centre agent in 2009 and got promoted to filling assistance filling using metro file. filling using Alphabetical and NUMERICALLY. im currently working as an administrator. i have gained lot of exposure and knowledge. i love closing the skill gap and rendering the service to the clients..

at my we are dealing with apprentices, learner also skills program we register them on our system. we request for them date to write their tests, load their results on our system. we have cooperation with different companies, universities and TVET colleges.

Development opportunities
Working in merSETA for nearly 9 years has been a blessing. Working with co-workers who have the goal to serve the nation in skills development. We learned more on customers service, project managing different task., reporting matters accurately, negotiation skills I enjoyed interacting with providers and negotiating the way services will be done. A typical day will start by responding to e-mails as its normally quiet at that time, checking any appointments for the day, approving quotations.

Cons: You can become a workoholic if you are not careful. So it's important that you balance work/life.
