I am running the whole fleets for the company, making load plan, booking for service, cof and having about 55 people reporting to me, making a monthly report, capturing time sheets, collections and making sure that all trucks are road worthy and all required paperwork is given to the driver, debrief and despatch in the morning and at night

Merlog work experience

Merlog has awarded me with abilities to analyze operations before starting point to finish point. Clerical work was not enough at times as the job became absolete i would get out of my comfort zone of clerical work and go to join other positioned workers to get more sense of other departments as i was allowed to venture into them. Assisting others in work has awarded me the ability to thoroughly know the entire oprations end game,initiating team meetings to meet day to day agendas has taught me the value of intrusting memebers with debatable issues affecting working conditions and the planning of the days work might turn out,intuitively i ended up building a great relationship with the team. Its been hard hitting to know my deffects and strongest abilities,butbat the end of the day work has become part of my life ensuring a better capable working ethics.

Im hard worker honest. go getter

I do internal sales.collect money seeking new customers . I do switchboard. Help stock take work on excel syspro. Admin. E mail and exports. I do Inventry clerk. Quotations. Sales confirmations. Invoicing. Ehat makes me happy is when i can see my customers are happy with my service.

Strong knowlage of routes & all transportation procedures

Challenges that one faces @ work is when the driver failed to report at work and fail to report about it late coming is also another issue since in have a bad effect on the ETA the truck.\ Better tomorrow than we are today,that's the only thing that will help us to have a better department in our everyday

Pros: Calling it .this will help the department have disciplined workers by calling it as it is.
Cons: Transport have starting hours but not finishing hours,the most interesting part about this is that all the hour can be managed in order for the department to save the cost .

Good Human relationships

Every day comes with its own problems cause I work with different clients I've got a strong relationship with my colleagues no matter the race or colour I've learnt that the most difficult people are the lazy ones they always complain. I enjoy learning more and more every day The most challenging aspects of this job is getting the job done in a certain time cause you have to take a first load and a second load.
