My learning curve

I had to take good initiatives on my own in oder to ensure that the school meets its target. My relationship with my co workers was best because im a person's people. I was giving them a hand by doing their task while they are busy in class and that made them very happy because I was use full to them without complaining. What I like and enjoyed most at work was when I was asked to design a document because that's where I proof myself as an Intelligent person who is able to use her own mind to create something that my Boss will appreciate. Tough times was when its registration period because I had to help each and every parent visiting school and ensure they go home while having good information and the satisfaction they need. But I am able to help and cope during those times because Im not only focusing on clients but other school work, learners as well as documents that needs to be typed urgently.

Pros: I was not given a promotion but I was able to train Interns because at work they believed in me and that I can do the job accurately.
Cons: Some times at work I was asked to start work early in the morning around 7am till 4pm. Sometimes during peak times I was asked to remain and complete the job that is due for that day. And yes I was able to do that.
