Mercury Couriers Reviews

A huge eye opener

a typical work day consist of being spied on. constantly being judged. doing your best doesn't mean anything. when mistakes happen being told you're the worst in the history of the company. not being paid for doing two and three people's works on a daily basis. expecting you top work in poor conditions, with not all the right facilities at your disposal. not even the basic rights of employment is posted anywhere in the building. oh and when you raise issues you have you get threatened with losing your job. not getting paid overtime even though you are forced to start earlier the time stated in your contract and going home much later than the time stated in your contract. not having tea and lunch times put aside for employees.

Pros: not paying for transport to and from work
Cons: very long working hours

Dealing with many customer's their appreciation when you go the extra mile give them the best to your ability because at the end of the day they pay your salar. Enjoyed going to work everyday because I loved my job because I am a people person.

Pros: Learn how to deal with difficult customer's
