The excellent learning curve I have learnt is to listen to the query.

In an inbound call Center you work with variety of people with different cultures and believes and we also deal with different people on Daily bases with different queries which has to be solved based the processing of the companycompany.my relationships with my co-worker is amazing and challenging at the same time due to because we are created to be a team and work as team to solve all enquires that the customers enquire about on Daily bases. I have to listen to the customer first to be able to know how the customer would like to be assisted and to also prob to be able to see which other method has the customer tried to use to resolve the query. I enjoy acknowledging that at the end of the day i managed to assist the customer and brighten their day.if the customer has being calling constantly and not finding the help their would like that's a challenge because when the call is routed back to you as an agent you have to go an extra Mile to make sure you have(FCR) fist call resolution.

Pros: there a room for promotion based on monthly performance
Cons: I work in an inbound call Center that operates 12 hours

Excellent growth and learning curve

Working at merchants has certainly made me work on my weakness which is patience. The daily queries that arise out if nowhere that I cannot explain but I still have to make a customer understand has made me to be able to think on my feet and provide resolutions and to be empathetic as well. The system failures that just defeat me but I still manage to work through those challenges as they are out if my hand but I still have to work and produce results. However my working environment with the people around me makes all the negativity about my job almost irrelevant because we work in a competitive environment and we therefore always encourage each other to do the best so that we grow professionally.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion and good experience for future job applications
Cons: Long working hours and monthly pay queries

I developed my presentation skills from attending presentation course.

I’m enthusiastic, energetic and eager to take on a challenge. I have got a track record of great quality of work with my current employer which is always a motivation for me to do better than I did before to keep challenging myself. I am looking after 3 business departments and 2 site Johannesburg's and Cape Town. Its frustrates me when all the departments will request for real time analysis and require the delivery time to be the same because of the love I have for this job, I make a plan. We are working on a client based environment. I start project before the client request for anything, when the client starting asking those question a full analysis is already there with regards to what is required with actionable recommendation with a profitable gains. That makes my job so much fun and easy. I am talkative person, the motto I leave with is promise less and over deliver.

Manage at that company is needs training when it comes to people skills.

Working at Merchants is a great and exciting thing a person can ever imagine. The place is welcoming ,clean,full of life and the staff is amazing. I would start my day with Greating my crazy Team members and make sure that all thier working starions are ready ( for those that are not there yet). My Team is like Family even those that were moved to other departments because of businesses reason are still treated like part of the team. My colleagues are amazing , working with them is the most pleasant thing in the Team. Knowledge is passed around accordingly and i must say the is nothing nice like making jokes out of a difficult moment. The most challenging thing about our job is that the is no script that you get given to resolve a query all the knowledge you have you use it to make sure that your customers are happy.

Pros: only those that rub shoulder with management get the best.
Cons: you will have to have a big heart and endurance to work around the management

Excellent learning review

•Each day i have to give best solution in terms of solving problem. •Assist how to set up sim-card problems ..network problems ...data problems. •Make sure i do a request to Technical department to give accurate solution. • Team-work is the best thing to get different opinions that could help or build up a good communications to workers. • i have learnt to respect and understand other individuals culture and feelings. •I've learnt to work hard to help people and check whether did i give something that works for them or not ...so we can try a different way to help. •I really enjoy if my solution worked and i enjoy when I'm learning something different. •challenging part is to deal with a difficult customer ...its not easy to my the customer to understand and to educate the customer.

Provides the skills and experience for customer service Constantly encourage professionalism Answer incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional and timely fashion. Transfer incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional and timely fashion. Make outgoing telephone calls courteous, professional and timely fashion. Obtain and forward customer information requests by email to client. Keep customers informed by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information. Follow company processes for different types of calls. Report any issues that might arise immediately to your supervisor. Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards, procedures and guidelines.
