I work as a call centre agent,what I do is to book and change flights.I enjoy what I do.the challenges I go through fascinate me.I love working alone and in a group. As a team we always help each other out at all times.I now know how to tackle a challenge and how to handle an i-rate customer.I love helping customers,I make sure that I sort out your query no matter how long it can take

It's a good starting point

Every day is interesting when you are working with different people and challenging. my relationship with my co-workers is beautiful in a way that they even added months to my secondment because i am a hard worker and a team player. I have learnt a lot especially in communicating with other people and i have enjoy being an RTA working close with operations even it's challenging at some times but it is worthy it.

Pros: opportunity for growth
Cons: lot of work
