I am working at merchants for Cellc network as a call center agent I have a good relationship with my colleagues as they as ask me with the difficulties they have with their work I am a best performing agent and I am a second inchrge of the team leader What I enjoy most is helping other people and see them succeed

Excellent

HR Admin is a very difficult sector Deal with employees files which have all the confidential information including their personal challenges if shared to you by the agent you need to keep it inside you. Regardless of how is the relationship between you and the agent but you need deal with the matter accordingly, file their warnings not allowed to give out any information, but what I like the most you tend to know employees inside out and yet you must not be bias, always help those are in need and offer assistance

I learnt how to work with different people,I also learnt not to take work thimgs personal and I am able to adapt to an environment easily.I enjoy working as a team and communicating effectively with my collegues and The most challenging part is resolving a difficult customer and coming them down.
