Working there is challenge at times but then again assisting clients is what I love.

First line voice support Handling incoming calls Touble shooting Assist clients with their queries Update client information I enjoy providing quick and efficient solutions to all clients, because keeping your customers happy is key to company. Dealing with anxious customers is rather a challenge but showing empathy and understanding customers needs is key.

Pros: it enhances my skills and competency
Cons: long working are rather straining

Excellent and exciting working environment!

A so technically well work focusing on and by providing what is needed and a good working environment and as well as the colleagues are so much well behaving and I too with them and so much of a lots of things to learn about and people to learn a lot from and so enjoyable but challenging in time shifts and transports.

Pros: great opportunity for any upcoming promotion

Good with computer's and faster leaner

I would like to work with accounts and in an account environment to work with credit and debtor and also vet customers. I would like to see myself as an accountant analytics in da next few years. Thank you

I am a driven and hard working person. Puntual and curiosity. I have 4 years experience in customer care service and data technical. I worked for contract and data department for 2years. And i am currently at Trade Partner Help Desk assisting Vodacom shops with all querie. I am very simple person like working as a team, like fun.i am a very fast leaner

Excellent learning curve and developed customer care skills

the customer care is good but we experience high volume of calls as we get call from vodacoms prepaid customers and work with colleagues is fruitful experience as we work as a team but the ops manager did not have the essential qualification or skill to lead the department as he uses intimidation not uplifting the Agents

Pros: they have favourites
Cons: 7-8 a day
