Im a hard working girl who is looking for new opportunity .

I'm currently working as a credit consultant ( inbound call centre ) we provide customer service to consumer enquiry their credit report and advise in terms of how to improve their payments . I have a good relationship with my colleagues to make work place a friendly environment . The most important thing I have learnt is to communicate with client in professional manner , respect and always humble yourself. The company I'm working for gives us great opportunity to communicate with clients on daily basis and it gives me great pleasure that we help consumer to make their credit application and resolved their credit report . The most challenging aspects of the job is that I'm not permanent and I don't have benefits

Excellent learning and development curve

This was a very good experience and I had the opportunity to develop my management skills. The campaign was desolved and that was the only downfall. I would like a new opportunity to showcase my skills and many years of experience in sales and people management.
