Exciting and educational experience

A typical work day would start with a meeting with our sales manager, than I do follow ups with prospective clients,sale and chase clients and deliver quality service. My relationship with the co-workers was more like a family environment than anything else even though there was issues here and there it was great. I've learnt that even though the strength of the relationship with co-workers my 1st priority is to my appointment in the firm and that is to perform. The vehicles was always the highlight of the day. Selling a unit at a high profit with minimum challenges would be my biggest challenge even though I always over come it.

Pros: Doing what I love and enjoy
Cons: On a bad month you can go home with nothing.

Great honor

To work at Mercedes-Benz has really been an honor,I have learned a lot as I was working with customers in most of the positions there at the branch I have learn I really do have a passion for customers services.and now I'm doing a bit of everything stockcontroller,PA to sales manager,admin assistant I realize you can do anything you set your mind and energy on,and the my colleagues is amazing people working together as a team was really great .but there comes a time in your life where you want to grow with in a company and unfortunately it's not gone happen there since there is know where I can go from where I am now you need support from management to grow nobody is getting that at this stage there was no challenging aspects of my job I really enjoy it

Excellent

i enjoy my job and working with all the people i work with. The management team is the best because they know there job. Sometimes there is a lot of work and we get we get pressurized to go an extra mile, but because i understand the and love my job, i would even voluntarily work overtime. i have learnt a lot of things including the importance of house keeping and safety checks.

Pros: no oppoturnuty for promotion
Cons: low wages

Very good place to learn more about engineering and new technology

I started form a very low level with little education then pushed myself to the level I'm at now and had taken a lot of opportunities inside the company and was fairly treated I worked as an hourly team coordinator Before I persuaded the engineering side I'm a hard worker very quick leaner. I pay attention to detail when executing my tasks and always deliver within specified periods. I have recently taken a more demanding and interesting position of being the maintenance support for the plant in mechanical joining systems which requires a more responsible And accountable character which I believe I've adapted perfectly on it. I always look forward to to more challenging tasks and always strive to succeed efficiently

Pros: Opportunity for growth is endless
Cons: Working Long Hours and a 3shift model

Very corporate worksplace, the environment is prefessional at all times

I am currently employed at Gariep Motors Kimberley as a Customer Liaison Officer/ Administrative clerk. My duties includebasic office Administration,filing,Customer Satisfactionfollow up callsand daily follow up callswhich include problem solving and complaints,I also do Data capturing, as well asPreparation of Job cards for the day’s work and Ihelp with reception.

Pros: we get first hand experience at experiencing latest model Mercedes-Benz vehicles

My experience includes data capture, filling and SAP system operating. Now I had extended my knowledge by studying education and specialised on Economic Management Sciences and Business Studies

Pros: The are executives posts advertised every months
Cons: The hours are right but night shifts and harzadous areas that you are compelled to work under
