Excellent customer services and friendly relationship s

Well mostly iwork in the evening it is really long hours and we do not get paid for staying and cleaning and doing after shifts things. We get paid per shift. My realtionships with most of my co workers is excellent because we are all Young and stil have a lot to learn. We help each other where we can. Have learned a lot over to past 2years. There is no way to naroow it down.I enjoy the customers we have and meeting new girls and friends.t he moat challenging of the work is getting through to the owner so she can make it more enjoyable for us and with that gain a lot of new customers.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn people skills. Even when they are drunk
Cons: Long working hours and not being paid per hour.

Managing a bar

Working at Meraki has taught me how to deal with customers, be it bad or good, and how to deal with conflict whether it be with co workers or with customers. I have gained knowledge and experience that has taught me how to build good relations with my staff/co workers and with my customers. I have learnt how to better my interactions with people and my patients when dealing with difficult challenges and situations.

Pros: meeting new people
Cons: Late working hours

Family orientated business

Our restaurant is a close net family affair. We are very close and are there as a whole. Team work is an understatement for MERAKI. The better we work with one another, the more we achieve our goals together. The different personalities challenge us in a good way.

Pros: Early hours compared to normal hospitality hours
Cons: No growth
