I worked very hard on my position and I succeed in helping clients

We work as a team.I learnt alot from these years in this company in helping customers in professional manner.Clients become very happy when I am helping them because I know my work,even the files are neat and tidy so that everyone can see the data easily.My employees were very helpful.

Pros: I worked very great at Melta and enjoying every minute of it.I work as a Data Capturer at Finance Department But I do alot and I experinced alot there and I gained alot of experience
Cons: I worked very hard but there are no bonuses at all and the salary I get is too low so I am looking for a better place because I have a degree

Melta is a good company to grew up a worker but it doesnt have much money to pay up to standard

I am a very dedicated and very hardworking person, who willing to learn new ideas and also likes to share so that the company grow smoothly.I was working with people with different attitude and also have mine but on work I put aside things like bad attitudes because I am on work to pull up the strings for the company.My superiors were fine and I was also fine with them
