Great exposure

I work at Sasol KZN Satellite Operations, where Melton provide maintenance personnel on a full time basis. This plant is a chemical plant where a lot of attention is towards Preventative Maintenance, plant inspection, identification of defects to minimize equipment break downs. I've acquired a lot of skill in my time which include but not limited to overhauling of pumps service of a homogeniser, conveyor belt, valves and pastillation belts

Pros: Great site to learn the basics
Cons: Working as a contractor

Treat Employees very badly

It is an absolutely bad experience working for the company. It’s a family business and people running the Johannesburg office have no idea what they are doing. No benefits, Long hours with no compensation for it, No motivation, Use your own airtime to communicate work things, they insult everyone to their face and tell you that you are nothing. Salaries always late . Everyone leaves with a huge regret of working for the company

Pros: The only pros is that the other staff is nice
Cons: Long hours, Late salaries, Poor Management, No growth
