In me one meets a team player who always relate well with other.

. I have a BTech degree in Human resources that I obtained at the University of Johannesburg, I also have a National Diploma prior to that obtained at Mangosuthu Technikon in Durban. I have been in the HR field for more than 10yrs where I obtained experience in all the HR aspects, Compensation and Benefits, Training and development, Employees relations, talent retention in a nutshell. I am comfortable in working and advising line managers in all HR aspects guided by the company policies and the acts. During my two previous roles I had HR administrator’s reporting directly to my position hence gained management experience. I am a people person who works well independently and also in a team, deadline driven, attention to detail and equipped to execute company strategy. Attached find my CV.

i enjoy working with people and i love my jib because its challenging everyday , we get different scenarios everyday people , i love my colloquies , i enjoy working with people , the most challenging aspects in my job is to see people crying because he/she lost her job that is challenging im facing each and everyday but i really love my job

Excellent Learning Process

My typical day at the office - Start of with a prayer as a group, quick update on important matters. My relationship with co-workers - I have had my up's and down's with my co-workers however I still feel it is important to let everyone know where they stand with you. I am a friendly person with a spark in my personality but I always say what I feel. What I have learnt - I have learnt that you can't just sit back and wait for things to come your way you have to go and get what you want - Work your way up the rank. What I enjoy most - Well it is hard to say, but I enjoy the type of work we do, it is interesting and it keeps on changing. The most challenging aspect of the job - Dealing with difficult members communicating in a different language.

Schedule appointments with firm Advise industry on Consolidated Main Agreement- MEIBC Enforcement of Collective Agreement I have an excellent working relationship with all colleagues. The resolution of disputes via the Centre for dispute resolution in Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration. The daily engagements with industry stakeholders. The current challenges faces by the industry.
