Excellent Learning Curve

Schedule and plan training, arrange printing and binding of training material, revise training material. All co workers are like family and we work well together like a well oiled engine I learned to have empathy with people an treat people with the necessary respect. I enjoy working with people and to see the satisfaction when they reach their goals in completion of training most challenging will be to do planning on very short notice

Pros: Be able to study and develop self
Cons: No possibility for further promotion
