All round experience

I am at front desk / reception and I handle all sales. I assist the rep with her duties and orders. I follow through on every order from beginning to end. I take all orders, order stock, follow up on payments and see that the stock is delivered. Mega plastics is a small company with four staff members in total. We all get along very well. I enjoy dealing with people, you never know what to expect. Keeps it interesting. The most challenging part of my job is ensuring that the clients get their stock on time (couriers and suppliers are not always as reliable as I would like them to be).

Great all round experience

I deal with all the clients (walk-ins and other) at the company. The company is small so I see to reception, admin, sales, buying stock, despatching and follow up on payments. I enjoy working with people. No day is the same, you never know what to expect. Keeps it exciting. The hardest part of my job is trying to get my clients stock in on time. I have to rely on a courier service and they are not always as reliable as we would like them to be.

Pros: I have a opportunity to earn commision
Cons: Company is small so I will stay in the same position
